I'm Debra.
I’ve spent over 30 years as a story expert—first as a Hollywood script reader and story consultant (helping writers craft compelling stories that sold to Warner Brothers, Disney, ABC, DreamWorks, Fox, and FX), and later as a successful book coach and multi-award-winning author.
But my most life-changing story began with heartbreak. After a gut-wrenching breakup, I turned to journaling. Those raw, unfiltered pages became the seed of my book He Did You a Favor—which catapulted me from an unknown writer to an award-winning author and expert almost overnight.
 That experience reminded me of the power of personal storytelling—not just to heal, but to inspire, connect, and transform lives.
Now, I help writers, coaches, speakers, podcasters, and creative entrepreneurs do the same. It’s time to write your story, so you can make the impact you've always dreamed of.
